At Veluxora, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 370 9553220. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and customized products are non-refundable.
